3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Euro Professional Marketing or The PhoneFile be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages related to the Client's use of our advertising services or the publication. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the refund of the advertisement fee paid by the Client.

4. Third-Party Services
Euro Professional Marketing and The PhoneFile utilise third-party vendors and service providers for aspects of the publication and distribution process. We do not control the practices of these third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

5. Force Majeure
Euro Professional Marketing and The PhoneFile shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour or materials.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
