2. Definitions
"Client" means the individual, firm, or limited company placing an order for advertising in the Publication.
"Company" means Euro Professional Marketing.
"Copy" means the wording, logos, or pictures provided by the Client for inclusion in the Publication.
"Publication" means the printed publication produced and distributed by the Company.
"Distributor" means the third-party company responsible for the distribution of the Publication.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for advertising in the Publication, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Content and Compliance
The Client warrants that the Copy:
- Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent.
- Is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the British Code of Advertising Practice and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
By placing an order for advertising in the Publication, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Content and Compliance
The Client warrants that the Copy:

5. Response to Advertisements
5.1 The Company does not guarantee any level of response to any advertisement, regardless of its size or format.
5.2 Any reference to past performance or response rates is purely historical and cannot be used as a guide for future levels of response.
6. Cancellation and Alterations
6.1 Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Company at least seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled printing date.
6.2 Cancellations not made within the specified time frame will be charged at a rate of 100% of the original order value.
6.3 Changes to the Copy may be accepted at the Company's discretion and may be subject to additional charges.

7. Payment
7.1 Payment for all advertisements must be received in full at the time of booking.
7.2 If payment is not received prior to the scheduled printing date, the Company reserves the right to remove the advertisement from the Publication.
7.3 Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, cheque, bank transfer, and cash (hand-delivered only).
7.4 The Company will charge any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in addition to the advertisement fee.
8. Distribution
8.1 The Publication will be distributed by a third-party Distributor to residential households within the defined distribution area.
8.2 The Distributor will use its best efforts to achieve 100% coverage of the distribution area, but due to logistical factors, the actual level of penetration may be less than 100%.
8.3 The Distributor may not deliver the Publication to properties without letterboxes, multi-occupancy premises where access is restricted, properties with warnings of dogs, or properties with notices indicating the resident does not wish to receive unaddressed material, obviously empty or derelict properties.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Company's liability for any errors or omissions in the Publication or the distribution of the Publication shall be limited to a refund of the advertisement fee paid by the Client.
9.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the Client's use of the Publication or the Company's services.
10. General
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
